Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are roasted to-order and shipped within 1-5 business days to US addresses. (International orders may be available in the future; please contact us to inquire). Once an order is shipped and received by the shipping carrier, the shipping carrier is responsible for the package. Sova Coffee LLC. has no control once a package has left the fulfilment facility.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once an order has shipped. Please direct all delivery inquiries to the specific shipping carrier regarding any specific deliveries (delivery estimates, delays, etc.) If you need further assistance please contact us at hello@sova-coffee.com and we will make any appropriate effort to assist with shipping issues, at our discretion.

All orders will include a $2.99 flat shipping fee.
